We all have received certain promises or prophetic words, through a man or woman of God, over us at some point in life. Yet how many of them have come to pass? Pages of our books are getting filled with prophecies over our lives, yet few have come to fulfilment.
Even if no one has prophesied over us, we still have the Word of God, which is full of promises for us. Yet how many of those promises are truly manifesting in our lives?
Not many, isn’t it?
Then there is that statement we often heard over the years, “In God’s time, it will come to pass.” Can I tell you that is not entirely true?
So, how are promises brought to fulfilment?
Find Your Instruction
With every promise, there is an instruction attached. Finding the instruction attached to your promise is the way to bring your promises to pass. As you meditate, you will find this principle all over the Word of God.
“Now, Israel, hear the decrees and laws I am about to teach you. Follow them so that you may live and may go in and take possession of the land the Lord, the God of your ancestors, is giving you.“Deuteronomy 4:1
“Observe therefore all the commands I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to go in and take over the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess, and so that you may live long in the land the Lord swore to your ancestors to give to them and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.”Deuteronomy 11:8
“Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”Joshua 1:7-8
If you can find and obey the instructions attached to your promises, you will quickly see your promises come to pass.
