Prophecies Not Coming to Pass? This Could Be the Reason

Prophecies Not Coming to Pass? This Could Be the Reason

Every year we receive a prophetic Word for that year that leaves us in awe. But in our hearts, many of us wonder, “Lord, how is this going to be?”
You must have received a Word for you in the previous year. But, you saw your life very different from that Word. You must have even said, “Lord, this is what you promised in the last season, and I didn’t see it happen.”
So the next year when a prophetic Word comes to you, you are wondering, “God how is this going to happen?”
Promises

Taste (And Not Test) the Word of God
Let me tell you — the problem is not from the Lord’s side. It is never from the Lord’s side because God’s Word never fails.
The real problem is when you receive a prophetic Word, you are analysing it. You are trying to test the Word of God to see whether it’s going to work.
Many of us are saying, “Let’s see how this year is going to unfold because our man or woman of God is saying that this is the prophetic Word for this year.”
But we are not supposed to test the Word; we are supposed to taste the Word of God. (Psalms 34:8)

Your Answered Prayer Glorifies God.
God in His love and compassion, completely overlooks your past, and uses men and women of God to come to you to start something fresh, and He equips you with a prophetic Word for that year.
When God says this is how it is going to be, it is a done deal from the Lord’s side. Now it is up to us.
We don’t sit and test that Word, but we take that Word, we believe God and we start running with that Word. And as we do that, we will see the manifestation of that Word.
Jesus said in John 14:13, “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” Isn’t that so beautiful? That means God is saying that when your prayers are answered, He is glorified in that.
God is not fighting your desires. In fact, when you receive an answer, God’s chest swells with pride. He’s so happy. He celebrates it. So that is how important our prayers are to Jesus, and He takes it seriously.
As we are nearing 2026, when we receive a prophetic Word for the new year, let us know that when He speaks it is done. And all we need to do is believe and run with that Word.
Shalom.

How Do I Stop Overthinking and Racing Thoughts?

How Do I Stop Overthinking and Racing Thoughts?

“Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Genesis 6:5)

The above verse talks about a time where God was about to destroy the whole world. It says how every intent of the thoughts of their hearts were “only evil continually”.

It was not random thoughts causing a flutter, but thoughts that were “continually” evil.

If you are continually in a state of anxiety, negativity and lack of confidence, then that’s a problem. Because, brick by brick the enemy is making a stronghold in your life.

Now you are unable to move forward because you are caught up in this stronghold, and you don’t know the way out.

Finding yourself in this situation? Try Thought Seeding

Thoughts

Ever heard of cloud seeding? It’s a technique where certain substances are dispersed into clouds to encourage rainfall.

Thought seeding is similar to that. If you can hit your mind with the Word of God, it will cause rain from Heaven to come in favor of you and destroy every strong wall that is around you.

When David wanted to build a temple for the Lord, that thought became a determination in his heart. And God acknowledged it. (1 Kings 8:17-18 AMP)

In the end, although it was Solomon who built the temple, Jesus was still called the seed of David because David’s heart and his thoughts were very different.

So I want to encourage you: you are made in the image and likeness of God. You are much loved. You carry greatness within you. There is so much that God wants to do through your life but He cannot do it if you keep thinking small about yourself.

There has to be a point where you say, “I hear God saying this and I know that He will do exactly what He said.” No matter how impossible a situation may look, change your thinking because when you change your thinking, you make place for God’s presence to usher in.

Philippians 4:8 encourages you to keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real. That’s the Word of God. Honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. The Bible encourages us not just to think about these things, but to keep your thoughts continually fixed on such things.

Because the Bible says, As a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7). You cannot go beyond your thinking.

Remember, when you think what is right, you attract supernatural help in your life.

 Shalom.

Struggling With Fear? Ask Yourself These 2 Questions

Struggling With Fear? Ask Yourself These 2 Questions

Struggling with fear?

Dealing with insecurities?

Worrying?

Ask yourself these 2 important questions:
Who am I?

Whose hand is holding me?

You are a son of God. That’s who you are.

Oh, but I’m going through a storm..”

You may be going through a storm, but don’t you know that you are in the boat with Jesus? Is there a storm that can sink your God? You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus.

You are backed by a God who has never failed. Your God is too faithful to fail you. Even as you are reading this, He is looking at your heart.

He understands every single fear that you are battling in your life. And He is standing strong before you and telling you, “I am with you. You can never fail”.

Fear,Faith

But if I have messed up?!”
Even if you have messed up, God is saying, He will work all things for your good. Everything! Even if your ship is breaking, He will make sure that He puts you in a bigger ship.

So be fully convinced that you can never drown, and you will never drown in your fears. Because what you are fully convinced of, is where your life will head. Not partial conviction, not I think or maybe, but fully convinced.

So be fully convinced that you will never fail. Be fully convinced that the Lord will not put His daughter to shame ever.

Be fully convinced that He is desiring to see you filled with His glory, not just spiritually, but in every area of your life.

God wants to make sure that His daughters are shining bright, escaping every wicked plan of the enemy, carrying His power, and being God’s hands on this earth — God’s hand of power, God’s hand of healing.

If you think that you will see lack, that’s where your life will head. But be fully convinced that you shall never see lack in your life.

Be fully convinced that you shall not see sickness in your life. But, if you are thinking how is it even possible, we live in a world where there is sickness and it will come, then that’s where your life is headed.

So, in this season make it your highest priority to know who you are and who is backing you. When you understand this, you will soon realize how small your fears really are.
Shalom.

What to Do When You See a Lack?

What to Do When You See a Lack?

When Jesus went to see Lazarus, it looked like a dead situation. Lazarus had been in the tomb for 4 days, the place was already stinking, and everyone around had given up hope. But do you know what Jesus did? He walked right into that dead situation, lifted His eyes to heaven, and said, “Wow, heaven is full of life.”

When you see an impossibility or a lack, where do you look? If your job or your family is where you look to for your supply, you will always see lack. Instead, if you can look at your impossibility or lack and just look to heaven, you will see differently.

lack

Because Jesus did the same! When the disciples came to Jesus worried about feeding the crowd of five thousand men, plus women and children, they were overwhelmed. The demand was huge and the supply was small. They saw the lack, but Jesus lifted His eyes and saw the supply of heaven. He thanked the Father, and heaven’s supply crushed the demand in front of Him.

Think about Elijah. The Bible says there was a severe drought in Israel. It had not rained, the land was dry and everything looked hopeless. But Elijah was not looking down, and counting the lack around him. He was looking at the sky. And God sent a crow to bring food to Elijah because His eyes were on heaven, and from there came the supply. That’s your God.

Where is your focus? People, situation or God?

God can use you when your eyes are fixed on Him; He can use anything and anybody to bless you. But if your eyes are on people or on your situation, it won’t work.

How do you know that your focus is truly on heaven and not on your situation? The test is your level of praise and thanksgiving. If thankfulness is coming from your mouth, then you know your focus is in heaven. Because that’s what Jesus did too. He thanked God when He looked at the abundance of heaven.

But if your gaze is on your situation, then it will be hard for you to praise with your mouth. So that’s the test—how’s your level of praise? This season, fix your gaze on heaven, no matter what your situation is.

Is Sex Before Marriage Really Okay? What Nobody Tells You…

Is Sex Before Marriage Really Okay? What Nobody Tells You…

A: Is it ok to sleep with the man I’m dating?

S: No

A: But we’re going to get married. We’ve been together for a long time and even live together. Isn’t he almost like my husband?

S: Still no.

This is a conversation we had with a young girl, about her relationship and whether sex before marriage is okay.

We live in a world where what feels right to people is often not right in God’s eyes. Today, society says it’s “okay” to sin. No one seems to care or notice, but sin still separates us from God. It hardens our hearts and creates distance between us and Him.

Marriage,Sex

What Did Jesus Say?

When Jesus met the Samaritan woman at the well, He asked her to bring her husband. She replied, “I have no husband.” Jesus affirmed her honesty, saying: “You are right when you say you have no husband. The fact is, you have had five husbands, and the man you now have is not your husband.” (John 4:18)

This shows us that simply living with someone, dating for years, or acting like you’re married does not make that person your husband. Marriage requires a covenant, a commitment before God and witnesses, sealed with vows.

Sex outside of that covenant is sin.

If You’ve Already Made Mistakes

Maybe you’ve already crossed that line. The good news? You still have a chance to make things right before God. You can repent, ask for forgiveness, and start fresh.

If you desire God’s blessing on your marriage, it begins with honoring Him now. Marriage is a beautiful gift from God, and it is worth waiting for. You are so precious, worth being cherished and waited for, no matter what your past looks like.

Even King Ahab, one of the most wicked kings in the Bible, found God’s attention when he repented (1 Kings 21:27-29). Repentance isn’t just for “church people” or “holy people”, it’s for all of us. God’s grace is never a license to keep sinning. Grace is the power to overcome sin and live a new life in Christ.

It’s never too late to start over with God again.

XOXO,

Soar Girls Team
